About Mallorca Renovation
This site exists to solve one narrow problem: getting several comparable prices for work on a property, without describing the job five times and without knowing in advance which companies to ask.
What the site actually does
You describe the property and the work once. That description goes to renovation and building companies that work in your area and take on that kind of job, and each of them contacts you directly with its own price, timing and approach.
We are not party to what you agree with any of them. We do not set the prices, we do not carry out the work, and we do not take a commission from it. Nobody pays to be listed either, which is worth saying plainly because it is the first thing people assume.
The rest of the site is the part that makes those quotes worth comparing: what each kind of work involves, what moves the price, what differs about building in one part of the island rather than another, and what to ask before agreeing anything.
What we do not do
- We do not renovate, build, design or project manage anything.
- We do not employ or subcontract any of the trades.
- We do not set, approve or guarantee any price you are quoted.
- We do not charge you, and we do not take a share of the work.
- We do not publish reviews or ratings of the companies.
How your request reaches a company
Mallorca Renovation is a comparison service. A request for a renovation goes to the renovation and building companies on our list; they quote the work and carry it out, and any agreement is between you and the company you pick.
