Cookie Policy
Last updated: 28 October 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how mallorcarenovation.com uses cookies and similar technologies, in line with Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and the EU ePrivacy and GDPR rules.
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site work, remember your preferences, and understand how it is used.
2. How we use cookies
We use cookies to operate the Site, remember your choices, measure traffic and improve the experience. We only set non-essential cookies with your consent.
3. Types of cookies we use
- Strictly necessary cookies – required for the Site to function, for example security and remembering your cookie-consent choice. These do not require consent.
- Preference cookies – remember choices such as language.
- Analytics cookies – help us understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the Site so we can improve it.
- Marketing cookies – may be used to measure campaigns or show relevant content, and are only set with your consent.
4. Third-party cookies
Some cookies may be set by third-party services we use, such as analytics providers, which process data under their own policies.
The location step of our quote form loads Google Maps JavaScript from Google in order to suggest addresses. That request is made only when you reach and use that field, never when a page loads, and Google may set or read its own cookies and similar storage in your browser as described in its cookie information.
Google Analytics. If you accept analytics cookies, the Site uses Google Analytics, a Google service, to measure in aggregate how the Site is used and how many requests are sent through our forms. It sets two cookies on this domain: _ga, which distinguishes one browser from another, and _ga_ followed by an identifier, which keeps track of a visit. Both are kept for up to 2 years. If you refuse analytics cookies, Google Analytics sets and reads no cookies, but the Site may still send Google signals without cookies or any identifier for your device, for example when a request is sent through a form. They can include the page address, the time, your browser type and the page you came from, and Google uses them to estimate visit statistics. Google handles this data under its own Privacy Policy.
Meta Pixel. If you accept marketing cookies, the Site loads the Meta Pixel from Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram. It tells Meta which pages you visit and, on our thank-you page, that a request was sent through one of our forms, so that advertising on Facebook and Instagram can be measured. It sets a cookie on this domain, _fbp, which identifies your browser to Meta, and, if you arrived through a link from Meta that carries a click identifier, such as an ad, a second cookie, _fbc, which stores that identifier. Both are kept for 90 days. If you refuse marketing cookies, the Meta Pixel is not loaded and nothing is sent to Meta. Meta handles this data under its own Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Pinterest Tag. If you accept marketing cookies, the Site loads the Pinterest Tag from Pinterest. It tells Pinterest which pages you visit and, on our thank-you page, that a request was sent through one of our forms, so that advertising on Pinterest can be measured. The tag also uses Pinterest’s automatic enhanced match: it reads what you enter in the fields of our forms, such as your e-mail address, phone number and other contact details, turns it into hashed values in your browser and sends those to Pinterest with its events, so that visits and requests can be matched to Pinterest accounts. It can set cookies on this domain: _pin_unauth, which identifies your browser to Pinterest; _pin_aem, which holds those hashed values; and, if you arrived through a link from Pinterest that carries a click identifier, such as an ad, _epik and _derived_epik, which store that identifier. They are kept for up to 1 year, and the tag keeps copies of them in your browser’s local storage for the same time. It also loads a small page from Pinterest, which may set or read Pinterest’s own cookies. If you refuse marketing cookies, the Pinterest Tag is not loaded and nothing is sent to Pinterest. Pinterest handles this data under its own Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
5. Your consent and how to manage cookies

You can also control cookies through your browser settings, for example in Chrome, Safari or Firefox. Disabling some cookies may affect how the Site works.
